Christmas Break

it's almost christmas break, and i have posted two new songs on purevolume. one of them is called constellations. it is an ambient instrumental tune that i made for my friends short film. the other new song is called you could be my kitten. i wrote this one for my friend whitney. we were both involved in a musical production, and during the abundant free time that we had backstage i wrote a funny little love song for her. she went nuts when she heard it, so i had to record it for her. the last song that i have on the purevolume is a very rough version of which is a song that i wrote shortly after my grandmother passed away.

now that i have a purevolume and this long christmas break to work on my music, i believe that regal standard may be going somewhere. my dream is to get enough songs written and recorded in order to compile a small album. i'm also working on numerous web design projects including one for my own graphic design business, cloudhead studio. i though i might leave you all with a couple artists who inspire me in my music making.
